FOCUS Seeks Top 30 Young Catholics Under 30

FOCUS Seeks Top 30 Young Catholics Under 30 October 11, 2013

If I’m looking to get stuff done quickly that involves crowdsourcing, I turn first and foremost to Twitter. In under five minutes, I can typically get my hands on great information and have fun doing it.

This happened yesterday, when I received a tweet from Kevin Cotter of FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students:

Kevin and the rest of the crew at FOCUS are engaged in some amazing work. He describes the 30 under 30 initiative to spotlight young Catholics:

With Pope Francis’ words in mind, FOCUS would like to spotlight 30 people under the age of 30 who are making a difference in our Church, men and women who aren’t afraid of making commitments and who are changing the world.

We are looking for nominations of people who serve and lead in various aspects of life whether it be music, speaking, writing, activism, new media, leading an organization or apostolate, or another area we didn’t mention.

If you know someone under 30 who is doing amazing work to make a difference in our Church, nominate them here. And yes, self nominations are acceptable!
