Lesbian Duplex 300: A Cookie Exchange Thread!

It’s time for another Lesbian Duplex thread! This week, by popular request, I’m hosting a cookie recipe exchange thread. You can still discuss general things—from politics to whatever has given you unexpected joy (or sorrow) in the midst of a pandemic this week—but cookie recipes are also highly encouraged!

And so, without further ado, I give you Debi’s Amish Spice Cookie recipe. In Friday’s book review post, I noted that Debi included a random recipe at the end of the most recent chapter. I had no idea so many of you would want to see said recipe! And yet you did! So here you are. I double dare you to make it in this volume. Because. Wow.

I feel like I still need to include all of the user filler, so I’ll continue! If you have a link or article or interesting thought that’s not relevant to an ongoing thread, you can share it here. If a conversation on another post has turned entirely off topic, you can bring it here also. Every week, I put up a fresh post. In case you’re unfamiliar with the backstory of this feature, the lesbian duplex has become a running joke on this blog since two of my posts on Debi’s book, Created To Be His Help Meet. The name suits these threads, because if Debi were right, we would all be lesbians living in duplexes!
