Avoid the Relational 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse

I often talk about avoiding the 4 horsemen of the relational apocalypse from the work of John Gottman. This is an excellent, short video explaining what the 4 horsemen look like: criticism, contempt, defensiveness and stonewalling. It also gives a few hints on how to avoid them. These 4 are responsible for much of marital demise… so let’s get to challenging them asap!
