Mona Hafeez Siddiqui: What moved me: The massive unity among various interests standing together in solidarity and respect for of each other despite our differences. I did not see this as a protest, but as an uprising of love and hope for our future; Take away: I am unapologetically proud to be an American: My country tis of thee sweet land of liberty. Next steps: continue to take proactive steps to stand as an ally with other marginalized communities/groups; advocate in ways our legal system can serve as a tool to protect and support these communities.
