No Longer Quivering
It’s always interesting to watch Quiverfull culture enforcers like Doug Wilson of Blog and Mablog do a moral limbo on some of the hot button political issues. Particularly on things like immigration when you know that the Bible is clear on being hospitable to strangers in your land. Doug, of course, is beyond opposing people coming into the U.S.A. while he’s also against building President Trump’s wall.
That wall! He’s not against the wall because of the outrageous costs, or the reality that it will do little to stem the tide of those determined to come into the country. Nope, that would make too much sense. He’s opposed because he believes it merely signals to others what we all already unfortunately know, that the country is struggling on many levels.
He starts with this very odd analogy:
Oh boy! That’s some picture. While we do have problems in our nation I think Doug is hysterically wringing his virtual hands here. That image is filled with the things that his readers fear so much. Then he follows up with a worse idea an some Muslim-bashing
It is an issue, but Doug’s finger pointing is no solution at all. Typical Doug, whine about a problem yet offer no concrete solutions or suggestions.
