Doug Wilson of Blog and Mablog has started a rather disgusting new series. It’s one of his fictional letters to some variety of sinner. This one is to the good Christian husband of a feminist wife. It’s filled with the petty fecal matter you find coming out of the rear of a horse. Blaming the husband for not being Godly enough and not controlling his wife. This quote leapt out at me and has very little to do with the main thrust of his piece. Just another batch of shaming and blaming women. Doug believes that men can sleep around, but women are sluts. Nope, sleeping around is no different type of ‘sin’ between the sexes at all. Infidelity is infidelity no matter how you label it. Sex outside of marriage is no one elses business, certainly not Dougs or ours.
