This is going to be very short. It’s more of a palate cleanser than a post.
I just have a few brief messages for the stupids out there in the hustings who’ve been running their mouths and saying — predictably — stupid things that could end up hurting other people.
- For the stupids who are carting their big guns around demonstrating against the rules designed to keep their foolish selves alive while using their little brains to run their mouths: Contrary to what you are shouting, you are not living in a police state. If this wasn’t a free country, you wouldn’t be able to go out and demonstrate with your big ‘ole gun-guns, tiny brains and flapping mouths.
- For the stupids who are all upset and saying idiotic things about how nobody is going to “force” them to take a vaccine for this virus when (make it soon!) we get one. You’re absolutely right, my stupid friend. Nobody is going to force you to take a vaccine. You can stand back and benefit from the mass immunity of the rest of us taking the vaccine and go your own way, ready to say more stupid and divisive things during the next crisis.
- For the stupids who are saying equally idiotic things about how a vaccine prepared in haste can’t possibly be safe. You do know that the annual flu vaccine is prepared in haste every single year. You know that, right? I’ve seen some of you stupids, lined up at church alongside me, waiting to take one of these flu shots every autumn. Guess what? It didn’t kill me. It didn’t kill you. I guess it was a miracle.
