What Do I Do for a Living? Answering Your Questions

What Do I Do for a Living? Answering Your Questions May 12, 2015

Back to the question, what do I do? Well, I have a real estate investment company with one of my best friends where we build brand new homes, rehab and flip dilapidated homes and  we’re in the beginning phase of building our first series of town homes. In addition to that, I’m involved in a couple different aspects of the oil and gas industry (although the current price of oil has slowed that business down quite a bit). And as you’re probably aware, I still spend a good amount of time doing public speaking. This job is my favorite and most rewarding by far. I get to share God’s love with people all over the country and talk about how my life has been shaped and changed through Jesus.

Do I work? I guess I’d have to say no. I’d rather think of it as getting paid to pursue my passions. My goal is pretty simple- one day I hope to have the freedom and ability to spend a lot of quality time with my family and provide them with a good quality of life without being chained to a desk.

So far, so good.

Other questions in the series:
