The humanist charitable organization Foundation Beyond Belief gives grants to charities and organizes humanist volunteering, disaster response, and international service. It’s one of the best things going in the freethought world, and they need your help.
FBB has raised $21,000 for its Giving Together Campaign, but still needs to raise $29,000 by the end of the year.
The year-end fundraising drive is the most important source of operating funds for FBB. It pays for hours of careful vetting by our staff to choose the most effective and efficient charities for our grants; website hosting charges, accounting expenses, and government registration fees; and our dedicated and hardworking part-time staff. These are also the funds that help pay for direct service programs like Humanist Service Corps, Humanist Disaster Recovery Teams and Drives, and the Beyond Belief Network of humanist volunteer teams around the United States. Foundation Beyond Belief is the only humanist charity doing this vital work. Together we are making a difference.
