Everyone has heard the statement: “We are all One.” But it can be difficult to understand this concept and feel it to be true in our daily lives. Loneliness can arise in the midst of a crowd of people, while hurt feelings or low self-esteem can trigger a sense of isolation. Feeling separate from others plunges us into grief and unhappiness making our hearts close and our hope wilt.
But what if these sensations were illusory? What if we knew that we could never be lost or forsaken, no matter who we were or what we did with our lives? This was the message the Angels sent through me during a recent group channeling session.
“Whenever you feel alone or isolated or sad, you are experiencing a feeling state that is unique to the earth existence. It arises in your plane but does not reflect true reality. You cannot see from your perspective, and so it may be hard to understand, but in fact each of you is surrounded at all times by loving guides and dear soul friends with whom you have eternal connections.
Think of a long chain of souls, and know that you are one link in this infinite chain. You are inextricably joined with others in a grand web of connection. This is the truth of existence. That is why we say that even though feelings of loneliness may arise for you during your daily life, those feelings do not reflect reality.
Therefore, when you feel sad or isolated, turn your attention inward and imagine a beautiful lilting chain of souls, each soul a shining golden light linked to all the others. Fit yourself into the image of the chain so that you are one of many tied together, connected eternally to your dear soul friends, safe and peaceful. You can never be lost or forgotten. These bonds cannot be severed because they are eternal. This is the truth.”
How comforting it is to know that, even if it doesn’t always feel this way, we are never truly alone. Lifting up into expanded awareness, we can cultivate the sensation of being part of an infinite chain of golden light, inextricably linked to our soul friends whom we have known for an eternity.
