Book Tour Stop At Entertainment Tonight: Hollywood’s Not-so-hidden Liberal Agenda

What an amazing week I’m having promoting my new book There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative.

I got a chance to sit down with Entertainment Tonight where we talked about everything from Hollywood to my current relationship with a Marine who is in Iraq fighting for our freedom. It was probably less shocking for them to learn that I’m not having sex before marriage than my identity as a conservative! But such is the liberal media!

Of course, my life as an actress was a hot topic at ET and the interview explored not only how I’ve been blacklisted before because of my political beliefs but also typecast as Dion from Clueless. Hollywood is the best at pigeon holing people: You play a character in a movie and that’s who you are from then on or you’re a conservative and no one wants to work with you. Hollywood is not just “home to the stars,” it’s the place of double-speak, where assurances of being extremely tolerant falls from one side of their mouths while their actions prove the opposite.

This is also the interview that got spun out of control so much that I’ve had to since clarify constantly that I don’t want legitimately transgendered people to pee in the bushes.

But I also got a chance to talk about something a little lesser known about me: my desire to enter politics as a candidate — perhaps even all the way to the White House!
