Researching Next Year’s Craft Brewery Pilgrimage

Researching Next Year’s Craft Brewery Pilgrimage

My Craft Brewery Pilgrimage for this year culminated on October 1 at Stone Brewing Company in Escondido.  That does not mean, though, that I have had an entire month without anything to do.  Far from it.  We are crafting a movement; I have already begun the arduous task of researching stops for next year’s pilgrimage.

This is not the sort of project that anyone wants to undertake on their own.  I have already enlisted to help of strategic pilgrims, experienced on various stops this year, to help assess the prospects for next year.  I have already begun visting craft breweries in various counties in Southern California, including San Diego, Orange, and Riverside.  Please let me know if you are willing to help with my ongoing extensive and rigorous research efforts.

I have also asked for recommendations and suggestions, and continue to solicit your favorite craft breweries.  It would be extremely helpful if, when you make a recommendation, you would be willing to join me on a visit there.

My Craft Brewery Pilgrimage this year helped me meet in person the people who I have already met online, and bring them together to enjoy great new craft beers here in Southern California.  We informed people about the long legacy of monastic communities in helping us brew better, and sampled some of the results of that legacy.  We showed people how leadership is like  creating a craft beer.  We also highlighted some amazing work by inspiring nonprofit organizations throughout our region.

Please help me continue the revelry and make next year’s pilgrimage just as much fun.

Where would you like to help me research for the next Craft Brewery Pilgrimage?
