I believe in the power of connection.
We are drawn to connect. Before we realize it, we begin awakening to our deeper selves. We know there is more to us than meets the eye, more to life than existence, and we struggle to connect with this hidden depth.
As we recognize and appreciate our authentic selves, we grow and learn to connect with the people around us in new ways. We share more of ourselves, and the people we trust share themselves with us. We begin to experience the world in new ways. We set out on a pilgrimage to become our truest selves.
As we learn and grow from the risks we begin to take, we revel in the power of connection. The drama and beauty of the world is revealed to us in new ways. Opportunities to celebrate our strength and courage, and that of the people we meet along the way, present themselves to us. It is clear that life is more than existence.
Each Monday morning, people gather for a chat that celebrates the power of connection. The #PoCchat is an hour each week that sparks connections and insights which last far longer than sixty minutes. People in distant places who have never met each other in person become friends. We share insights and ideas, and help each other grow deeper.
We celebrate the power of connection by connecting.
The hour focuses on a different topic related to connection, leadership, and relationships each week. Last Monday we talked about children. This Monday, I will be guest hosting a conversation about reveling in the pilgrimage.
Please let me know if you have any questions about #PoCchat, or about online conversations in general. I look forward to connecting on Monday.
Are you connecting more deeply today?
How will you revel in your pilgrimage?
