This is justice. Back in November 2017, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul was the victim of a blindside attack by a neighbor, Rene Boucher, 59. Apparently, Boucher, a doctor, just like Senator Paul, came unhinged because of yard debris the senator was stacking too close to the property line.
