In these difficult times, it’s natural to find yourself feeling ungrounded and out of sorts. You may want to hunker down and hide. You may want to rage, fight, and keep going until you drop. Likely you feel some of both – and it can be difficult to strike a balance between taking care of your immediate needs and world, and doing the necessary work for change in building a better world. With this in mind, I present the Stabilizing Sigil.
The Stabilizing Sigil was created on March 4th at my workshop that took place at Deadwick’s Ethereal Emporium in Portsmouth, NH. This sigil is a tool for balancing the self while also aiding to help make the next necessary step happen. It also works from the inside out, or from the individual to the larger sphere of community they interact with.

Built Into This Sigil:
- unity
- focus
- calm
- grounded
- truth/awareness
- tolerance
- openness/compassion
- protection
- resilience/strength
- path forward/future-oriented
The Sigil

You may notice there are two variations on the workshop whiteboard. The top one was the first variation, and the bottom is the second one. I feel the bottom one encompasses more of the desired elements, but use whichever you feel more drawn to.
How To Use This Sigil
This is a shared magic sigil. You are welcome to use this sigil however you see fit that is in alignment with the intent of the sigil.
Here are some ideas for use:
– place the sigil on your altar, charged at the full moon if you’d like
– incorporate into a moving meditation to use daily
– anoint the body (in combination with oils that promote awareness and good health)
– applying to tincture containers, water bottles, etc
– place on a white, green, or blue candle and burn as needed.
