Malkin and Maloney: Investigative Report

With news and political theater breaking all around, it is easy to let a story slip through the cracks, but Michelle Malkin and Brian Maloney, while some of us feel like our heads are spinning just trying to keep up (um, yes, that is me, raising my hand) they have managed to keep their noses to the grindstone, and now they are delivering their joint special report.

It’s not just the Gloria Wise Boys & Girls that’s knocking on Air America Radio’s door looking for lost money. According to court records obtained by Radio Equalizer/MichelleMalkin.com, another major creditor has been demanding that Air America pay up. The liberal radio network has refused to do so, despite a court order and scathing words from a New York judge overseeing the case. Now, the creditor–Multicultural Radio Broadcasting Inc.–has filed a new complaint, accusing Air America and Piquant LLC (Air America’s current owners) of engaging in a “sham transaction” and “fraudulent conveyance” of assets in order to avoid paying its debts.

Part 2 will be up tomorrow at Brian Moloney’s shop. This is a four-part story, rich in links to other blogs, court documents, pdf files, etc. Clearly Malkin adn Maloney have put enormous work into this…something the msm has been incredibly unwilling to do. It will be very interesting to see if these two intrepid bloggers can shame the press into investigating further.
