Well, y’all did it.
Marvel’s The Avengers had the biggest opening weekend. Ever. In the history of the world.
According to Deadline.com, the opening weekend looks to finally tally in at $207.1 million domestically.
Since the movie opened first overseas, that brings a total global take to near $650 million. It’s on track to be a billion dollar movie.
The previous record was Warner Bros’ 3D Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2 at $169M.
