If you are looking forward to Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit:An Unexpected Journey, you’ll need to download the spectacular new app for iPad that revels in all things Middle Earth.
It’s got some pretty cool features, including 360 degree images of Bag End and Hobbiton, an interactive map, and character profiles. Plus, the wizards behind the scenes presumably will keep updating with new production videos and images.
In the characters section, we see stills from the movie of the hobbit Bilbo, his friend Gandalf, and his tribe of dwarves.
There’s also an elaborate scroll showing scenes from the film, even featuring our old friend Gollum.
The movie opens December 14.
