On 9/11, Remembering and Thanking

Track says goodbye to Tripp at the airport as he heads back to Afghanistan after his visit home this summer. :(

On this September 11, we remember the thousands who died on that terrible day, the thousands more who’ve fallen defending us abroad, and the men and women who have sacrificed so much to defend us during eleven long years of war.  I’d especially like to thank my brother, Track, for his service in Iraq and Afghanistan.  I love you and admire you more than you know.

Oh Bristol, Thank You for Remembering!!!! Have many of us forgotten? Have we just left it behind, as we simply put the blame on one not involved? Have we taken this country for granite? Have we left America in the dust? We must Remember!! Saver every moment like a sweet ice cream cone. Love with all your heart. Never give up on her!! God Bless you, Bristol. And God Bless America!!

Oh my gosh, what a sweet picture, Bristol. We’d all like to thank Track for his service to this great country of ours. Britta and Kyla Grace are very blessed to have him in their lives. (as are all your family and friends) He’s a true American hero. And a very handsome one. I’ll continue to keep Track in my prayers. As well as all those who continue to keep America safe.

Oh, I remember that morning well and will never forget. When I saw that second plane hit I knew I was right. I had just said seeing the news reports of the first plane that was no accident.
