Kitchen adventures: ginger-peachy!

I know this one sounds weird, but it was really tasty! I mixed chickpea flour with cumin, cayenne, salt, cinnamon, curry powder, and rosemary (in about that order), then added whole milk, minced fresh ginger, and about half a chopped peach. ETA: Oh, and Robusto cheese! That’s a grainy orange cheese with a cheddary bite. Now I had pancake batter! I fried the pancake in butter and ate it with a chopped Manar cucumber on the side. Great way to use an overripe peach.
