So, I’m on a protein kick and have been making eggs and bacon every morning. This weekend, we went to a resort and the eggs were so much better than mine typically are. Well, ever are. So I began googling. I added cheese. I scrambled them less. I scrambled them more. Then, I found this incredibly helpful video. I’d been making some critical mistakes — whisking! — which this instruction fixed. The kids are eating breakfast now, and their verdict? Perfect!
