I so love hearing your voice, and seeing Poe (bless his heart). I am going to have to come back and watch the rest of this when I’m not in a hurry to get ready for work — but I am so glad you didn’t take your friend up on his offer for Konnie. I would never had made that wonderful mac & cheese.
People were always trying to get me to marry off my daughters to somebody.
Okay, you talk way slower and more decisively than I thought you would. Praying for travel mercies while you’re out on the road.
Of course I talk slow and decisively — I’m southern, after all.The only thing missing is the accent and those OSU professors tortured it out of me.
Love your video talk! This is why my wife will absolutely have NOTHING to do with social media. No facebook, twitter or anything. I barely can get her to text. She’s a person who wants only to deal with people face to face. Phone on rare occasions. I have gotten her to do skype, though, so we can see our daughter. Looking forward to seeing you
I have a friend who often says this, “Without you, I can’t see straight.” Which is, of course, exactly true. My life, my vision, my hope is formed through the sifting of your soul, as is yours through mine. It is the breathing of our particular essence into one another, completing one another as communally, we move into that place of wholeness called Kingdom. Thanks, Karen, for reminding us of this through Scott’s work.
I may have to steal that line now. Love it.
Nothing really new … she probably stole it elsewhere … steal away … after all, we steal from you all the time.
Thank you so much for the chat. It was so great to visit with you even for a few short minutes. I love you and will of course be praying. Blessings on you and all those you will be with!
A very nice ‘fireside’ chat. I look forward to seeing you soon.
Travel safe Karen…thanks for the video and give Poe a big belly scratch from me.
