This is the view of Yosemite Valley from the top of Half Dome, with Inspiration Point in the background. Confession: I did not take this photo. Yes, that is my son in the picture. Confession 2: I did Photoshop him into this scene. But he has hiked to the top of Half Dome, as has my daughter. It’s still on my bucket list.
