A great big give-away for an incredibly worthy cause…

… Because I know first hand how generous Catholics are.

This is Harper.

Her new adoptive family is hoping to raise $15,000 for travel and facilitation fees to bring Harper home as soon as possible so she can get medical attention. You see, Harper has HIV and HepC. She needs to make the trip from Eastern Europe to her new home here so she can get the regular medical attention she needs. To raise this money, Vera is hosting a super huge extravaganza give-away. You can also read about the Reece’s Rainbow fundraiser on Ironic Catholic’s blog.

There are over 37 items in their raffle, or you can just donate money to help them without expecting to win a prize in return because you are a good person and junk.

Hey thanks for the shout out! 😉

A couple of things though–its a giveaway not a raffle (there is a legal difference) and I’m hosting it, not Vera.  She’s linking to it.  But go to her blog anyway because she’s cool.

    • Leave it to me to get it all wrong.

You may have been wrong, but yet you’re SO right.  “Wrong” is such a strong word, I would say at most it was slightly incorrect. 🙂  Thank you so
much for promoting the giveaway, so we can give this beautiful little girl the love and care she needs and deserves…
