MSNBC continues to jump the proverbial shark with their hatred toward President Donald Trump. Today, on “MSNBC Live with Stephanie Ruhle” one of their political pundits — Steve Schmidt — said that President Trump was a racist. That alone should be a headline. Can you believe we live in an era where the President is accused of grave evil every day on national television? But Schmidt didn’t stop there.
He went on to say that the President came “very close” to saying the “n word” while he was in Alabama. Independence Journal Review has the details:
“He’s a racist, OK? You look at that speech in Alabama to an all-white crowd … The president of the United States goes down there and he talks about us and those people,” Schmidt told Ruhle.
Trump’s comments, Schmidt argued, came very close to the offensiveness of saying the N-word at a rally.
“He came proverbially as close as you could possibly come to shouting in a rally the N-word. That’s what he did down there,” Schmidt said.
Schmidt framed the current state of affairs as a defining moment for the country in terms of racial tension.
“For every decent American, we’re coming up on the line where enough’s enough with this. What he’s doing to the country is tragic,” Schmidt said.
Where to start? Trump didn’t come anywhere close to using the “n word.” The strife and division in this nation are high enough without the fake news going out there and making up stuff. One way out of this mess is to stop being so hysterical over political correctness and start dealing with the real issues that face our nation today.
No, he didn’t almost say the “n word,” but now we know that liberals on the main stream media are perfectly fine fanning racist flames just to make a point. Watch the interview below:
