Mysterious “Tips for Jesus” Customer Leaves Thousand-Dollar Tips

Talk about extreme generosity!

A mysterious group is going around the country leaving huge tips at restaurants.

A server at Tacolicious in San Francisco got a $2,000 tip on a $47 bill a couple days ago. The note read “Tips for Jesus” and “Happy New Year!”

Two days after Christmas, a restaurant in Phoenix got $10,000 added to an $89 bill.

Every time the generous tipper hits, they post a picture on their Instagram page, but won’t say who they are. They just want to encourage generosity.

The “patron” of Tips for Jesus gave an anonymous interview last year, and the rumors are flying. Is it Jack Selby, former Vice-President at PayPal? Is it a team of people? Where will they show up next?

Who’s wealthy enough to leave thousands of dollars in tips??
