Let’s hear it for Alaska!
Gallup and Healthways just published the results of their “Well-Being Index,” and Alaska ranked #1!
“Alaskans led the nation in 2014 with the lowest levels of daily stress, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. They also make good choices, including the lowest level of drug use in the US,” one of the researchers said.
The study measured five elements of well-being: purpose, social, financial, community and physical. Alaska has been in the Top 10 four times in the past seven years.
I always knew it was the greatest state – and now there’s proof!
