That’s why I was so happy that someone sent this to me — my lil turtles Tripp, Sailor, and Atlee, plus a baby photo of me at the end.
I saw a funny quote by Johnny Depp about babies. He said, ““The only creatures that are evolved enough to convey pure love are dogs and infants.” I hope this isn’t true, but there is something sweet and pure about a baby’s love!
But the best “baby quote” might have come from Charles Dickens. “I love these little people; and it is not a slight thing when they, who are so fresh from God, love us.”
Really, it’s not a small thing when anyone loves us! I’m so thankful to be a mother, to be able to see these children every day and to help shape them into the people God wants them to be. The funny thing about motherhood is that they shape you right back!
