Book Cover and Title Reveal (Women Leaders of the Early Church)

I am excited to be able to share publicly the title for a book I have been dreaming about writing for fifteen years—Tell Her Story: How Women Led, Taught, and Ministered in the Early Church (IVP Academic).

This book focuses on the named women leaders of the earliest churches of the apostolic period. When we talk about “women in ministry,” we often engage in the abstract (“Can women do this or that?”). But I wanted to tell the stories of women leaders we actually know. There were many women church leaders and they did amazing things for the sake of the gospel mission.

Release date: I don’t have a firm date at the moment, but I believe it will be spring/summer 2023.

Foreword: We are planning to have a special foreword in the book (the author’s name later being added to the cover), but for now it is a secret.
