Every term, Northern Seminary opens up classes for one week for guests to sit in and see what our courses are like.

This term (Fall 2022), there are four options (you can visit as many as you like):

TH 301: Christian Theology I Dr. Beth Felker Jones (Tuesday 7:00-9:40pm CT)

NT 413: NT Theology II, Women and the New Testament – Nijay Gupta (Tuesdays 4:00-6:40pm CT)

WT 307: Women in the Old Testament – Dr. Ingrid Faro (Thursday 7:00pm-9:40pm CT)

For my course, we are talking about leadership roles in the early churches and to what degree women are represented in these functions.

Here is the official description:

Taste of Northern was created to give people the optimal campus visit through our Northern Live streaming technology. The professors, students and staff all prepare and look forward to the event.

All visitors will be joining via Northern Live or in-person at the Lisle Center. Professors and other students in class are eager for you to join the discussion as well address any questions you may have as long as it doesn’t interrupt class discussion. After signing up, you will receive various emails leading up to the event with class times and detailed instructions for joining via Northern Live.
