
4. Be more concerned with your character than your reputation.
Happy people aren’t obsessed with their “image.” They don’t get pulled into the comparison trap or scroll through social media comparing their lives and pictures to everyone else’s. Happy people have nothing to hide because they’re the same person in public and in private. They don’t just want to be seen as a good person; they actually want to BE a good person. Happy people usually do have a good reputation, but it’s not because they’re always trying to build the right impression; it’s because they genuinely care about people.
