In three years, what do you want in terms of health? Do you want to be stronger, slimmer, faster? Do you want to maintain the health you have right now?

If you’re not sure how to describe what you want, think about what’s bothering you. Where does it hurt? Where does your body let you down?

Once you know what you don’t want, it’s easier to picture what you do want. Try to come up with vivid, detailed pictures. You can even add sounds, smells and tastes to your vision.

Again, your life is the picture of your thoughts. Write down your ideas for health. Don’t make vows about what you intend to do – these aren’t resolutions – but explore where you want to end up in three years.
