There’s No Place Like…

Cedarville, MI. Yep, it’s the little town that holds a glorious property InterVarsity owns called Cedar Campus. It’s where I gave my life to Christ on April 27, 1996. It’s where I’ve been every year since then at around this time -both as a student & now in my 9th year as an IV staffer.

I’m looking forward to putting Rhys little toes in the ice cold water, walking the beautiful trails with my boys and interacting with God there in ways I don’t typically any where else. I think it has a lot to do with the absence of internet, TV’s & mobile phone usage.

It’s been a place Ransom has been enjoying for all of his young life & he is SO EXCITED to go back…

1st time at Cedar! 6 months old (same age as Rhys right now)

Ransom's Grandma B. has come every year to watch him while Mama & Daddy work with the students. Isn't she so sweet?

I'm not "officially" working this week, so I'm looking forward to long walks that look like this with my boys! ;)

I’m so looking forward to getting some great pics of the boys amidst the beautiful scenery. It will be nice to keep getting a pic of Ran every year at the cross & starting the tradition for Rhys.
