The Sea of Galilee

Our hotel was in Tiberias, which in the days of Jesus was a Roman administrative city. One morning we got up early for a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee — I have a picture of what the Sea looked an hour or so before we left — but here are some pictures of a tranquil meaningful boat ride up to the north side of the Sea (where we saw the famous 1st Century boat, and I got some olive oil and Galilean wine in the gift shop). Highlight: I got to do the devotional on the Sea and so I taught everyone the Jesus Creed. So far, my favorite place to teach the Jesus Creed.
