Jesus: “Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?” Matthew 9:4//Lord help me as my heart yearns to harbor evil to those who try tearing me down.

Any wonder why Jesus quoted this OT verse more than any other?: “I desire mercy, not sacrifice.” Mercy is what I try to give. Mercy is what I desperately need. Matthew 9:13

Being faithfully convinced to what many think is outlandish always seems to draw sneers and then laughter at you. Keep on believing anyway. Matthew 9:24-26
