Prayer Requests

A reader writes:

I ran into a friend at the store today, and he needs prayers. His name is Tony. He told me that his wife, who has MS, has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, and another of his close relatives is also very ill. Tony only has a part-time job at the moment, just 20 hours a week as a waiter, but with the support that his sick family members need, he really does not have the time to look for more work, and of course finances are tight. I would appreciate it if you mentioned his needs to your readers.

A friend and her husband are trying to start a family. She’s becoming very stressed out and discouraged. Please pray for her and her husband, who is currently unemployed and having trouble finding work in-state.

Father, hear our prayer that the husband could find work and that they can have children soon. Mother Mary and St. Joseph, pray for them. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
