Another TLC good patriarch in Quiverfull is having legal troubles. Toby Willis of “The Willis Family” was arraigned yesterday in a Tennessee court on four counts of child rape according to several news outlets. Toby goes to trial on July 18th, 2017. Willis plead not guilty. More as this story develops.
