Don’t Follow Jesus, Just Follow Paul?

Don’t Follow Jesus, Just Follow Paul? 2022-03-01T17:15:13-04:00

Caution: Now officially entering Crazy Town!

Second Lori Alexander of The Transformed Wife posting in a row. Lori is just so busy saying so many things that make me wonder if she’s of a right mind. I’m being serious here.

What did Lori do this time, besides shame sexual assault victims like yesterday, today she’s denying Christ. She thinks if you follow the Red Letters, the radical words of Jesus instead of Paul you’ll end up as an atheist.

Let that sink in for a moment. Jesus, the figurehead of everything to do with Christianity, a religious named for him. A man that suggested you should be nice to everyone, and hung out with prostitutes, tax collectors, fishermen and others society sneered at. God in the flesh according to the Bible, part of the Holy Trinity, yet Lori is telling you to ignore his words and rely on the words of someone who never even met Jesus? That is just wacky!

You just know this is only an attempt to put down female teacher and author Beth Moore by Lori Alexander. You can just feel the jealousy oozing out of every single one of Lori’s words here.

Lori goes on to say if you follow those Red Letters you end up a liberal at best. This is getting way too close to apostasy here! Can you really be a Christian and devalue the words of Christ? How does that even work?

Funny how Paul and Jesus have such radically different takes towards women. Jesus talked to women like they were equals, equally valuable in the eyes of God, not walking, cooking, cleaning uteri.

And then we have this. Lori’s take on how the next world will be so perfect. She’s teetering on the edge of some sort of unnamed mental syndrome here it almost sounds like.

How is this any different than doing something like reading β€œGame of Thrones” and imaging yourself as a watcher on the wall? It’s not.

Amusing that she has ticks listed and hurt feelings. Very revealing.
