News on Josh Duggar Legal Troubles

News on Josh Duggar Legal Troubles April 18, 2020

According to the moldy cucumber Duggar Facebook page a trial date has been set in Josh Duggar’s ongoing legal battles with Carl Echols over a disputed land sale. It will be a jury trial next year, yes in 2021. Covid has done a number on the court systems too, pushing most of these things either back, or has the courts dismissing cases.

Copy of the filing below:

A delay of nearly a year. It is strange times we live in now, folks.

This is the same lawsuit that Josh has willfully ignored all of the requests for discovery and documentation from his side to the point where he narrowly escaped arrest. His wife has sat for a deposition in the case as well. Which makes me wonder if he learned his delaying and ignoring legal threats directly from dear old dad Jim Bob Duggar. No morals in any of this lot.

It is not looking very positive for Josh from everything I’ve read about the case at NWAΒ

It seems likely that he purchased a piece of land for a low dollar amount from someone without the right to sell that particular piece of property.
