Serial child molester Josh Duggar is facing a lawsuit from one of his underage victims who is not a member of the Duggar family.
Previous reports indicate Duggar forcibly fondled and sexually assaulted at least five underage girls, including four of his sisters and a family friend on multiple occasions, over the span of several years, while he was a teenager.
According to a new report, one of Josh Duggar’s molestation victims who is not in the immediate family is now planning to file a lawsuit against the 19 kids and Counting reality show star and former conservative Christian anti-LGBT activist.
In Touch magazine reports a non-Duggar family molestation victim is preparing to file a civil suit against Josh Duggar, noting:
The shocking development means that Josh and his parents Jim Bob and Michelle could be forced to give depositions and testify about Josh’s molestation scandal. The Duggars likely will have to answer every question as they will not be able to invoke their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination because the criminal statute of limitations has expired.
Salon reports the lawsuit could be very damaging not just for Josh, but the entire family, because as a civil proceeding about a crime whose statute of limitations has expired, neither he nor his parents would be allowed to plead the Fifth to avoid self-incrimination.
Justice for Duggar’s victims has been slow in coming. A Christian conspiracy to “forgive and forget” allowed Josh Duggar, the oldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, to escape criminal prosecution for sexually assaulting four of his underage sisters plus an additional underage female victim.
A police report reveals that Josh Duggar, now 27, began assaulting his sisters and a family friend in 2002, and that the behavior occurred multiple times, including at least one incident in March 2003.
In particular, one ugly detail emerged from the police report: Josh Duggar was 15 when he sexually molested his 5-year-old sister on at least seven separate occasions.
Perhaps even more disgusting than the actual sexual assaults, is the fact that Josh confessed to his father, Jim Bob Duggar, on at least three separate occasions. Josh Duggar confessed to his father that he was molesting children, and his mother and father did nothing but hide the crime from the authorities until the statute of limitations had expired.
Speaking with Megyn Kelly on Fox News last month, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar denied their son Josh was a pedophile and blamed the media for targeting the family in an anti-Christian conspiracy.
