If you feel like howling at the moon, this is your weekend.

2014 is the year of the super moon, and we are having our third super moon this weekend. It will be at its absolute mostest tomorrow night — July 12, 2014.  Tonight won’t be too shabby, either.

That gives photographers a two-fer. If it’s cloudy tonight, or you don’t have the right lens, there’s always tomorrow.

Me? I’m revving up the insect repellent and charging my camera battery. I plan to do both nights.
