We the People can’t go one weekend without Trump and his regime dumping a new fresh hell on our heads.

The week before last, Trump’s ICE thugs murdered Renee Good in cold blood.  Then Trump, Vance, Noem, Bondi and Trump’s entire right wing media lying machine lied about it to justify the murder.

Trump’s “justice” department refused to investigate Renee Good’s murder. Instead, they tried to investigate her family and friends, and to smear her. Her killer was hidden and protected.

Last week, Trump threatened to use our military to invade Greenland. Britain, France, Germany and the rest of NATO took the threat seriously enough that they began rearming. After weeks of this saber rattling, Trump announced, “King’s X. I was only fooling. We’ll negotiate a ‘deal.’”

These are our allies. Norway has even let America put a military base in Greenland. America could always have negotiated a “deal.”

Then, day before yesterday, Trump’s ICE murdered ICU nurseAlex Pretti because he rushed to the aid of a woman they were attacking. True to form, Trump and the murderous liars’ club he calls an “administration,” put out detailed, long-winded lies in order to blame Pretti for his own murder.

Both these murders were documented by cellphone videos from many angles that clearly show that both Alex Pretti and Renee Good were executed by ICE agents. There was also witness testimony, given under oath which said the same thing: Alex Pretti was not resisting. He was murdered.

I forced myself to watch these videos, not once but several times. I also read the heart-breaking statement from Alex Pretti’s parents, and the tributes from his friends, family and former patients.

He was an ICU nurse at the VA. I read tributes from his patients who told of how Alex stayed all night with them, taking care of them. His high school and college friends and his neighbors spoke of his many acts of kindness to them, their pets and others. The family of one former patient released a video of Alex Pretti, giving military honors to their deceased father, who Alex had taken care of before he died.

This is a typical comment, from Instagram.

Alex Pretti was an ICU nurse at the VA hospital in Minneapolis. My mom@sadoptee is a veteran. She has been in and out of the hospital for the past 2 months. She recently spent 2+ weeks in the ICU. Alex was one of mom’s nurses. I met him briefly while visiting. Mom always introduces us to her nurses, especially the ones she connects with. My heart broke to learn this kind man who helped nurse my mama back to stability was taken from this life and our community so violently. Mom talked about how kind he was and how comfortable she felt under his care. Our family has been so deeply grateful for the amazing team in the ICU unit.❤️ Alex helped my mom in her most vulnerable state. I will forever be grateful to him and his family for the care he offered her and all the veterans he served. As was evidenced in his profession and the video we all witnessed, he was a helper, he served and he cared. Me mom and Nina took flowers and a card to the ICU team to thank them and to offer support in their mourning and healing. As we left the VA, an older white woman complimented me on my sweatshirt (pic 7). I thanked her and wished her a good day. With sadness she told me “Alex was my husband’s ICU nurse.” I told her he was mom’s too. We exchanged stories about his kindness. She told us to stay safe.❤️ We saw flowers left at the Outpatient/ER entrance on the Bob Hope sculpture (pic 9).

Renee Good and Alex Preeti were murdered because they were bearing witness and attempting to help their community in the face of the lawless violence of under this tyrannical “administration”. We will continue to stand together and honor their lives.

Alex Pretti was murdered because he ran to the assistance of a woman that ICE was brutalizing. He was carrying his cell phone in his hand. There was no gun. It’s on video.

He did have a legally registered gun, which as an American he had every right to be carrying. It was in a holster, strapped to his waist on his back. He never tried to access that gun. He made no effort to use that gun. It’s all there on video.

He was mobbed by a bunch of ICE thugs who threw him to the ground and piled onto him. While he was lying face down on the pavement with all of them on top of him, one of them took the gun from the holster on Alex Pretti’s  back and removed it from the scene. It’s on the video.

Then, while Alex Pretti was lying facedown, unarmed and helpless, another agent shot him repeatedly.

Just as they did with Renee Good, ICE agents made zero effort to provide first aid to Alex Pretti.

When they murdered Renee Good, ICE agents actually prevented a doctor who was on the scene from providing medical care. I’ve read that Renee Good had a pulse for at least six minutes after she was shot. They let her bleed out.

ICE evidently did allow a doctor to provide aid to Alex Pretti. The doctor said that not only had the ICE agents not provided first aid, they were counting the bullet holes in his body.

Immediately after Alex Pretti’s murder, Trump, Noem and all the other pathological liars who are running our country, began their usual vicious confabulating. I won’t repeat their lies. They made up wild, detailed stories that had absolutely not one word of truth in them.

There are videos from many angles showing clearly that they are lying.

The ICE agents who murdered Alex Pretti, including the agent who shot him repeatedly, are being protected and hidden. We are not even being given their names. Kristi Noem scolded a reporter for naming Renee Good’s murderer, telling her “Don’t say his name.”

That’s what “justice” for murdered American citizens amounts to in the Trump regime.

I did not want to watch those horrible videos of yet another Trump regime murder of an American citizen.

I did not want to read Trump’s vicious lies demanding that We the People give him the right to execute us at will on the streets of our cities without holding anyone accountable.

I did not want to write about this murder of a fine young man by this satanic regime.

But I have to. Because I can. And because I can, I must. If I don’t, I will be refusing to do what I can for the least of these. I will be turning my back on my Jesus.

Trump’s ICE is treating the people they round up like animals.

They are murdering American citizens, and Trump and his whole government, including every Republican in Congress, is supporting them and backing them in every murder they commit.

Our Lord told us, if you have done it to the least of these, you have done it to Me.

Alex Pretti was Christ Crucified, lying on that pavement. Renee Good was Christ Crucified, sitting in that car.

The people who have been brutalized, beaten, tortured and raped in ICE “detention” are, each of them, Christ Crucified.

The ICE agent who mocked onlookers’ grief over the murder of Alex Pretti by saying “Boo hoo” and the ICE agent who murdered Renee Good, then muttered “F–k–g B—h” as he walked away are those who stood at the foot of the Cross and mocked Him as He hung there, dying.

I did not want to write about this because that meant I would have to watch those videos and read those tributes, and worst of all, read the soul-killing lies coming from the stinking pile of evil that America’s government has become under Trump.

American citizens do not have to be afraid that our government will gun us down in the streets, and that the entire federal government will swing into action in support of our murder. Or we never have been before.

American citizens do not have to carry papers to be able go where we want in our own country without being arrested. Or we never did before.

American citizens have the right of free speech, free assembly and to bear arms without fear of being murdered and then slandered by our government.  Or we always have had those rights before.

American citizens don’t have to fear masked government thugs with guns smashing in the windows of our cars and then dragging us out and putting us in “detention” without any charges or letting us see an attorney. Or we never have before.

American citizens can feel safe in our homes, knowing masked government thugs can’t come barging in without a warrant. Or at least we always have before.

American citizens have a right to bear arms. Legally carrying a weapon does not give government thugs the right to shoot us repeatedly while we lie facedown and helpless on the pavement. Or at least it never did before.

Alex Pretti was a good man, a nurse who cared for people and ran to help a woman who was being attacked by a gang of armed thugs in masks. Renee Good was a widow, a mother, who had just taken her child to school, whose last words to the man who killed her were, “That’s ok bro. I’m not mad at you.”

All you have to do is look at their photos; at the open, innocent, trusting face of Renee Good as she looked at her murderer seconds before he pulled the trigger again and again; at the kind eyes of Alex Pretti, and the courage he showed when he ran to the rescue of that woman.

All you have to do is look at them, and you know that this thing Trump is doing to America is from the pit of hell.
