R.I.P Prince : Color Me Black + Peach +Black

There are no words to express how I feel at the loss of the artist known as Prince. CNN is reporting that “The 57-year-old singer was found unresponsive in an elevator at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota.” Prince was a man, a legend, an icon, a symbol… literally. The only thing that made me smile even a little today at this sad and untimely news was the fact that so many people reached out to me, knew I identified with this musical legend, and would be deeply moved. I got to see him on stage at Wembley in London, and he drove out with Sheila E. in a Red corvette. Amazing. There will never be another like him, he taught us about butterscotch clouds, sex in taxi cabs, and 1999.
