Happy Birthday Patheos!

Patheos turns five today, and they asked us bloggers to help them celebrate by making a video and posting a few of our best blog posts. I think the idea was that the video would be a short “Hey Patheos, happy birthday, cheers!” thing, but I thought this would be a more fitting birthday present:

As it happens, it dovetails quite nicely with my best Patheos post*, wherein I learned that in the story of the Good Samaritan, I’m less the Samaritan than I am those guys that walked by the wounded Jew…or possibly the ones who beat the guy to a pulp. You can read it here:

*I think we’re supposed to put our top five links into our birthday/anniversary posts, but I really don’t want anything else to distract from the glory of me rambling into the camera in a sweaty t-shirt and a ponytail (with a dirty-hair bump, no less). Also, I’d like to milk this potential-boost-in-traffic-cow for all it’s worth, so I’ll put up my top 5 list tomorrow.
