On Second Thought: Episode Two

Trust me, it’s crazy to see your life on television. That’s why every week, I’m going to do a blog posts called “On Second Thought.” These posts are where I will go over the episodes of my Lifetime show as I process the issues presented now that I’ve seen them aired.  I hope you’ll join me for these weekly posts – which will undoubtedly be part-confession, part-explanation, and part-celebration of my life right now!

Episode Two, Air Date: June 19, 2012

Okay, so by now you’ve seen the footage of my argument with the guy in the bar.  And by now you know I’m being sued over it.  So I probably shouldn’t write much about this encounter right now as my lawyers work on my defense.

I will say this, however.  As soon as that awful confrontation was over, I called my friend and my mom.  I’m blessed to have these people in my life.  I’m fully aware that there are many people in this world who face troubles without a loving support system.  So thanks, guys.

However, please come back to my blog after the next episodes for my “On Second Thought” blog posts.  Trust me – I won’t hold back on the next ones!

Bristol I am really glad you decided to do a reality show and then I just want to tell all the haters if you have a problem with the Palin’s talk to Sarah not her children and it is quite pathetic that you guys have to talk trash about children …how low do you have to go! Especially celebrities…how about you guys worry about acting and leave the politics to people who know what they are talking about! I am disgusted how naive people are.

I just don’t understand why you even have a blog here. This website is supposed to about faith. What does Lifetime television have to do with it? I still can’t figure out why on God’s green earth you have your own tv show. Why? You are nobody but Sarah Palin’s daughter. Why does that qualify you for fame?

It’s sad. You didn’t handle the situation wrongly, and you’re getting sued?! You oughta sue over the comments about your mom. I think Sarah Palin is one of the most courageous Americans who has ever lived.

You asked for the trouble when you approached the man and fueled the issue calling him gay. You are a stupid girl.

She didn’t ask for the man to call her mom what he did. With what the Palin’s have had to put
up with for so long anyone would have done the same thing that Bristol did. The man deserved
to be confronted. You are a very angry person toward Bristol, so I take it that you are maybe
close or even kin to Levi.
The fact that Levi has not been in his son’s life and given him no support tells me all I need to know
      about Levi.

Bristol, you shouldn’t say anything about this incident because your behavior was appalling and you are totally guilty of defaming this private citizen on national television for your own monetary gain. The bigger person would have simply just walked away, but you used your reality TV cameras in a pathetic attempt to bully and intimidate a load mouthed heckler and now it has totally backfired on you because you did not have this mans consent! I hope he gets all your money in the lawsuit because you certainly don’t deserve it!

I support palins!!! I’m glad she can stand up for herself. If anybody talked crap bout my mom I would insult them in any way!!!! Lol!!! U just gotta love how everybody(democrats) can say what want n when republicans say something they get butt hurt!! if u don’t want to hear crap then don’t talk crap!!!!!!

    • DON

dont talk crap like you are now HYPOCRITE!!

Some people just want to pick on the Palin family for who they are. If I was Bristol, I would of done the same thing… anyone would of if it was there family. Just because someone is Democrat and didn’t vote for Sarah Palin doesn’t mean they need to say rude stuff and say things in front of her daughter that way. Bristol, you’re doing a great job!! No matter what anyone says or what anyone thinks, you have been blessed with the things you have!! Keep up the good work and I love the show!

Just wanted to say that I am so proud of you for standing up for yourself with grace and class. The man never answered your request and conducted himself with the utmost disrespect towards you and the others in the restaurant. God bless you in your endeavors and growth as a classy, strong young lady of God. :-)
