Pantene’s Interesting Commercial about Perceptions

Douglas Barclay posted an interesting video made by Pantene.  Yes, the shampoo company.  It shows how people view men and women differently, and it made me think of how my mom has been treated as she forged new paths.

At least when Mom was being so mistreated when she was the first female GOP nominee for Vice President, all those women’s groups came to her defense… Right?

Wait, no…  she did it alone.

I’m proud of mom for leading the way and showing how powerful and strong women can be.

Thanks, Mom.

Bristol, Your mom is an inspiration to all Americans, but she is one of the best role models I have ever seen in this country for women. You are blessed to have her as your mom. And, she is blessed to have you as her daughter because I see you are walking in her footsteps! God bless your family!!

    • PaMaDu

Please, as a woman and an American, do not speak for me. Palin, Bristol or Sarah, are NOT inspirations or role models to me….Thank you.

When you post things about your mom, it always remind me of what you once said. That your mom has always had your back and you will always have hers. You are very fortunate to have such a family, as every family should be – the one that stands with and by you, no matter what. Merry Christmas to you and yours!

There are a lot of cities across the US that are not safe…you are definitely right about. We all need to be praying for America…that eyes will open and that people will find their way to JESUS CHRIST.

    • Jerry Lee

      Monroe-
The reason I don’t believe that you’re sincere is because you insulted us, then wished us peace. That’s hypocritical. All the TV networks have reported Obama’s mistakes, the same way they report Sarah Palin’s gaffs. There’s no coverup, except in your biased mind.

You took Hillary Clinton’s remark out of context and you know it. You also know that all news outlets reported it. The Tea Party gets infinitely more coverage than the Occupy movement, mainly because they’re still active, and they have high profile members. There’a a lot more to report.

Sarah Palin wasn’t destroyed by the media, she self-destructed, the media only reported the things she said. Just watch the interview with Katie Couric, it’s on YouTube.

“Why do you waste your time?” Because she won’t pack up her tired, irrelevant act and go away. Even Karl Rove doesn’t like her. Look it up.

“When they don’t support all women it takes away from their message, purposes, and credibility.” Only in your mind. These organizations support the women who support them.

Monroe, do you think Sarah would have accepted help from the National Organization for Women, the Equal Rights Advocates, or Feminists For Life? Those are national women’s organizations.

Monroe, which women’s organization’s do you think should have helped her?

        • Guest

Those who invoke God’s name the most and profess to speak and do his will( as if they even know what that is) are usually the biggest phonies. Those who pray in private are the ones who truly hear his voice. Beware of those who pretend to speak for him

          • SusanWo4p

Why do you think that to be true. God calls for us to shine our lights for all to see….he does not want us to hide the Light from the world…he calls for us to proclaim it in WORD and deed. We can’t Shine Bright if we are keeping locked inside a secret world we hide from others.

Prayer is an absolute essential…but so is SPREADING THE GOOD NEWS!

You are a true ass. Your idol is a liar, weak, selfish, and money-driven. She has no ideals and as proven by her marriage, no strength of character. She caves and plays the game to her advantage. No President is she or the current joker who occupies that office.

  • colint

Based on her achievements Governor Palin had the HIGHEST approval rate ever, over 80%, for politician elected in a state wide office. You just show your ignorance.

    • Jerry Lee

Sarah Palin’s approval rate in Alaska in May 2007 was 93%, in June 2009 it was only 56%. She resigned one month later. Please do your homework before calling someone ignorant, colint.

      • colint

I see moderators deleted your comment so I assume it was rubbish. After she agreed to run for VP Democrats were told to stop supporting he which they did like empty headed sheep.

        • Jerry Lee

As you can see, colint, it wasn’t deleted. I edited what I wrote. I don’t understand what you’ve written- is “he” supposed to be “her”? If it is, it doesn’t make any sense. Democrats weren’t supporting Sarah Palin, they’re the opposing party. Please explain.

          • colint

When Sarah’s approval rate was over 80%, indeed up to 93%, obviously she had the support of most Democrats.

          • Jerry Lee

That didn’t last long, did it? Why would they support someone who is running against their Presidential candidate? It’s just as sheep-like as the Republicans supporting McCain/Palin. Duh!

      • Guest

“in June 2009 it was only 56%.”
        —-
Did you expect anything else after the constant attacks on her in both the national and Alaska media. Sarah Palin has been vilified by the media like no other. There has not been one aspect of Palin’s life and career that has not been chewed over, criticized and lied about by the media.

If Obama received half of the bad press that Sarah Palin does, his favorables would be in the low 30′s

        • PaMaDu

IF? He has been vilified by the media like NO OTHER…all because he’s BLACK.

Christ would never, ever support abortion in any form. Democrats make the murder of innocent life a rallying cry, a benchmark of their platform. Read the Bible and know the truth. Pay particular attention to Isaiah 5:20.

    • SusanWo4p

Yes, Abortion methods are cruel and grisly….and result in the killing of innocent human life 100# of the time. I’ve never found anything in Christ’s teachings that would support the intentional killing of innocents.

      • Soop

Abortion is anathema to Christ’s teachings. Abortion could not be further from God’s will. Those who practice or support abortion are lost.

  • Sentinel34

    Not by a long shot.

  • Jean_A

The fake is in the WH and that didn’t stop you from voting for it.

  • Sentinel34

You spout the same talking points of the progressive collective mindset, nothing original, nothing new. It takes effort to synthesize information and form an individual opinion.

    • Jerry Lee

Facts are a LOT more credible than opinions, Sentinel34.

      • Monroe Smith II

Then get some facts Jerry Lee and Bnmy. How closed minded and petty can you be? Gore makes millions off a myth, do you critique him so harshly? What are Palin’s backword ideas?Have you read her book and are now offering an unbiased opinion on it? How she makes her money (legally) is no concern of anyone’s except her and her family. If I could drive around the country giving speeches about freedom I would. Granted the GOP and McCain screwed up he should have never gotten the nomination in ’08, but Palin would have been a far better VP or even POTUS compared to the individuals that are sitting in the Executive write now. What’s sad is you base your closeminded and fascist ideas on whatever the lib media, Oprah, or John Stewart tells you. Find a copy of the Constitution read it then ask yourself if you agree with it or not. If you do great, Peace be unto you. But if you disagree with it then by all means pack your bags and move on, but I garauntee you will not find the same freedom and oppurtunity you have here. So get a life, stop hatin’, and support noteworthy causes instead of trolling… St Jude’s, Ronald McDonald House, or any number of children’s charities. Regardless of whether you agree with the US Constitution or not, Peace be unto you and have a very happy and hopefully abundant 2014 and beyond…

        • Jerry Lee

Monroe, you bring up a lot of issues that have nothing to do with Bristol Palin’s comments, so I’ll ignore them.

“What’s sad is you base your closeminded and fascist ideas on whatever the lib media, Oprah, or John Stewart tells you.”

What’s sad is your uninformed, ignorant opinion on where I gather my information to form my own opinions and beliefs.

“How closed minded and petty can you be?”
          “your closeminded and fascist ideas”
“pack your bags and move on”

Why do I feel that you’re not very sincere when you write: “Peace be unto you” ?

        • Sentinel34

          Well said.

Looks like the truth hurts. as expected.

    • MouseFanSal

The truth democrats are petty? Yes, it seems they have a hard time realizing it.

  • Jerry Lee

Bristol, are you saying that women’s groups should have come to your mother’s defense because she’s also a woman? If they wanted to come to her “defense”, shouldn’t they do so because they agree with her political positions, not just because they’re the same gender?

I’m not sure how you feel she was “mistreated”, please give us a few examples.

Bristol, your mother recently Tweeted that the White House Correspondents’ dinner was a “nerdprom” for “a**clowns”. This is the same event YOU attended in 2011. Do you think that she made a mature, reasoned statement? How did it feel when you read her remark?

How did she show that she was powerful and strong when she QUIT her job as Governor of Alaska? That’s not the sign of a leader. Her approval rating had dropped 37% in two years.

    • MouseFanSal

eh, this is kind of nitpicky isn’t it?

      • Jerry Lee

No. Quitting as Governor of Alaska after two years in NOT nitpicking.

        • Jean_A

It was 32 months and not 2 years. You think bankrupting a family with a special need child is nitpicking than you are a complete idiot.

          • Jerry Lee

My mistake on the two years, I was probably thinking about how her approval rating had dropped 37% in two years. That’s the only mistake I’ve made here, and elsewhere.

Jean_A- You’re the first one here to mention her special needs child; that’s irrelevant to this discussion. Your childish name calling is inappropriate too.

          • Jean_A

It is not when thugs are trying to bankrupt you.

          • Jerry Lee

What if President Obama had a special needs child? I’m sure you’d fell differently.

          • Jean_A

I am talking about bankrupting a family for the fun of it.

          • Jerry Lee

The family never claimed they were going bankrupt. Politics is a dirty business, just ask Karl Rove.

          • Jean_A

Would you like to do the math?

          • Jerry Lee

You do it and show it to me please, Jean.

          • PaMaDu

Ha ha ha, THUGS?! Wow, so dramatic…

          • Jean_A

When Sarah Palin resigned as governor she was still projected as winning reelection.

          • Jerry Lee

Projections are meaningless, only results matter. But she QUIT, so we’ll never know. Of course, she’s free to run again… but won’t.

    • Sayit1

      Jerry—-seriously you are an idiot.

      • Jerry Lee

Why do you say that, Sayit1?

    • Guest

Sarah Palin served 32 out of 48 months the same percentage that Obama served of his Senate term (not including the two-year break he spent campaigning) and accomplished everything she set out to do in that time.

After Sarah Palin accepted John McCain’s offer to run for vice president and became the left’s (media) most attacked and vilified person she returned to Alaska to find a never-ending assault of frivolous ethics complaints paralyzing her ability to govern the state.

She resigned because she recognized the cost that the frivolous ethics complaints were having on her state , and she saw how much of her staff’s time and her own time were forced to deal with those issues.

That entire campaign of BS lawsuits was meant to do nothing but hamstring the governor’s office and bankrupt Sarah Palin.

She saw that if she stayed on as Governor it would continue to cost the state millions of dollars in wasted time and resources to defend against false and maliciously ethics complaints and doom it to gridlock.

Those frivolous lawsuits had already cost the state of AK close to $2 million; Sarah Palin had over $500,000 dollars in legal fees.

      http://articles.ktuu.com/2009-07-09/ethics-complaints_24126005

These lawsuits were filed by activists whose goal was to bog down her administration with lawsuits and paperworks & to bankrupt her middle class family. Sarah Palin was responsible for her own legal fees due to the ethic laws at the time. She & her staff were spending 80% of their time defending lawsuits & dealing with FOIA requests. No sooner would one lawsuit go away then another was filed.

Sarah Palin knew that for the sake of her state it would be best if she stepped aside from the governorship. She resigned so the state could move forward.

In an article Sarah Palin said:

“I said, ‘Enough. Political adversaries and their political friends in the media will not destroy my State, my administration, nor my family. Enough.’ I knew if I didn’t play their game any longer, they could not win. I would not retreat, I would instead reload, and I would fight for what is right from a different plane.”

She promised to keep the frivolous anti-Palin law suits away from the Alaskan people and to be more effective on the stump ( supporting candidates , fundraising, etc)

Sarah Palin was truthful on both accounts.

She was the catalyst for the takeover of the House , twice as many Governships and lopsided Gop Statehouses with her endorsements and rallies all over the country during the 2010 election.

Sarah Palin also had a very strong hand in the party’s few successes during the 2012 election.

    • Guest

Sarah Palin has stood her ground for the last 5 years against all the hate anyone could throw at her or her family to fight for this country.

Soon after Palin entered the national political scene as John McCain’s GOP running mate, she was attacked as a diva, a clothes hog, an irresponsible mother ,etc . The media decided that nothing was too personal to attack-including her marriage, her children, her faith, and her wardrobe. The media distorted Palin’s positions and beliefs beyond recognition. And almost every word out of her mouth was spun as a “flub”.

The media hounded her, and her family, on a daily basis, flat out making crap up. They claimed her baby was not her own; used despicable language to attack her, and her family; sent numerous reporters to Wasilla to dig up dirt on her ; AP reporters “factchecked” her book; her email hacked by the son of a Democrat congressman, political operatives filing endless bogus ethic charges designed to bankrupt a working family with a special need toddler and much more.

The media , Hollywood and the REP establishment have done everything they can to vilify Sarah Palin and her family but despite a massive effort to destroy her, she is still on her feet and making a difference in the political world.

      • Jerry Lee

Try this, Guest- substitute “Barack Obama” for “Sarah Palin”. Interesting, isn’t it?

As far as “making a difference in the political world”, several candidates she endorsed who won primaries were defeated by Democrats for state positions. At this point, she’s a political gadfly, a celebrity who’s basically an irritant to the major players in the Republican party.

        • Jean_A

Try this! 70% of candidates she endorsed in the primaries are now in Congress.

          • Jerry Lee

Jean_A- Are they the candidates who helped shut down the government? How admirable…

Her endorsements weren’t all positive for the Republicans: “Her Christine O’Donnell endorsement further increased tensions between Palin and the Republican establishment: leading conservative commentator Charles Krauthammer described the endorsement as “reckless and irresponsible”; party strategist Karl Rove argued that her endorsement may have cost the GOP the Delaware Senate seat; and commentators including Politico’s Ben Smith posited that Palin’s support of O’Donnell contributed to dashing Republican hopes of regaining control of the U.S. Senate.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_palin

          • Jean_A

Do you hear yourself? O’Donnell was one person. How many republicans were in the senate after the 2010 election?

Karl Rove is a liar. During the primary in DE he told O’Donnell that he would support the winner. After O’Donnell beat Castle, Rove was the first one on the TV bashing O’Donell. He gave the dems all the talking points they needed against O’Donnell.

Krauthammer had no problem when Palin endorsed Miller in the primary. That was because Miller was a lawyer and a judge unlike O’Donnell.

Krauth was a big Romney supporter and how did that work out. Did anybody call him reckless and irresponsible for supporting the father of Obamacare and a rich elitist? Knowing darn well the Obama MSM would use that against Romney.

Rove spent over 300 million dollars trying to get Rinos elected in 2010 and 2012. Rove had a 1% return on his donors investment. That is pathetic. Why would anybody listen to anything coming out of Rove’s mouth.

Sarah Palin and the Tea Party in 2010 won 63 House seats, 6 Senate seats, 6 Governorships, & 680 seats in state houses across America. That was the story and not Rove’s addiction with O’Donnell.

          • Jerry Lee

And now we have the most ineffective Congress in the history of our great nation. Thanks, Tea Party. Let’s see how many get reelected, now that the general public sees how decisive their games are. Where do you get those figures? i’m skeptical.

          • Jean_A

That is your answer? We have a president that knew he was lying when he said if you like your healthcare you can keep your healthcare, if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor, your healthcare cost will be reduced by $2,000 dollars and so on and so. The corrupt MSM can’t even save his sorry azz on this one.

The question is not if the republicans will control the House and the Senate but will they end up with 60 senators to override Obama. My mistake, after Reid and his “nuclear option” the republicans will only need 51 senators in 2014.

The big fight will be between the GOP and the TP.

          • Jerry Lee

Yes, it’s my answer, duh. I noticed you didn’t answer my question. Our President admitted he made a mistake, only partisans like yourself claim he was lying. Liars lying about lying. You’re such a class act, using “azz”…. Hey, is that what the “A” in your name means?

          • Jean_A

Our President is a liar, a fraud, and a con-artist and you know this.

          • Jerry Lee

You’re wrong, Jean. Name calling doesn’t make your viewpoints credible. Give it up, hon, you’re done.

          • PaMaDu

How is your president if you feel that way? How is he a fraud, a liar and a con artist? Yet still be in office?

          • Jean_A

Ask me that question when the republicans get control of the senate in 2014.

          • Jerry Lee

            Dream on, Jean.

          • PaMaDu

Why can’t you answer it now? LOL

          • Jerry Lee

PaMaDu- he was reelected because he does a fine job!

          • PaMaDu

Absolutely, and I proudly voted for him… TWICE :-)

          • Jerry Lee

You and me both, PaMaDu! It’s great to back a winner!

          • PaMaDu

I like my healthcare and have kept it, I also have kept my doctor, and services my insurance once charged me are now at no cost to me, and some are half price. I get to keep my children on insurance until they’re 26 and my daughter no longer has to pay for things she once had to. If obama are, which is actually “Romney care” was so bad, why couldn’t it have been overturned the 30+ times the idiots tried to get it overturned as being “unconstitutional”?

          • Jean_A

Tell that to the millions that have lost their healthcare.

          • Jerry Lee

Millions? According to whom? Show me those figures on a credible website.

          • PaMaDu

There are some employers that made it known they would drop their coverage if “obamacare” became law. It became law and they dropped it. Those people need to take up the issue with their greedy employers…

          • Jean_A

You ain’t seen nothing yet. What until the start of 2014? Only the dems in the bluest of states will be reelected.

          • PaMaDu

Who are you, Carnac? And it’s a KNOWN fact that republicans have already started the ball rolling for voter suppression, throwing the right to vote back about what…many generations?

          • Jean_A

I have to show an ID to vote. Is that voter suppression?

          • Jerry Lee

Not for you, Jean, you’re probably white, and not poor.

          • Jean_A

            I am an American.

          • Jerry Lee

So are the voters the Republicans are trying to stop from voting.

          • PaMaDu

your ignorance is showing with this comment Jean, no surprise there…

          • Jerry Lee

It’s 47 times, as of November. Ridiculous, isn’t it?

          • PaMaDu

Oh thank you! Hell yes, ridiculous!

      • PaMaDu

Sarah did this all on her own…in front of the media…

  • Kristy Patullo

Be Strong and Shine. Most definitely your Mom, Bristol. Super proud of her, too.

  • MouseFanSal

Let us remind people that democrats’ human flaws, faux pas, and gaffes (ome big) are completely ignored by the media. Comedians don’t feel free to use innocent people as fodder for sick jokes. The beginning of “Undefeated” shows how crass the media is. I will say it again. If Obama were woman OR republican, he would be no higher in career than someone’s assistant or intern. THAT is basically what this post is.

I remember back then. Crazy goons felt need to stalk every people who could possibly be connected to Sarah Palin and create these little fantasy worlds filled with exaggeration and outright lies. Sure, this happens to everyone in the media, but last I checked, people who work at TMZ aren’t exactly respected and theyve been mocked and punkd by celebrities.

There is far more hate on sites run by liberals then anywhere else. Yes, some rightwing indep blogs contain similar comments, but people take great pains to push aside the nastiness at liberal blogs and hate gossip sites.

Here’s some insight: you can ridicule, criticize and attack all you want libs. That doesn’t erase your victims happiness. It just makes you look petty.Sarah has always had a strong, close family. No liberal’s stupidity will change that, despite their stalking and best efforts in perpetuating double standards.

Freedom2beme3 said: “Let us remind people that democrats’ human flaws, faux pas, and gaffes (ome big) are completely ignored by the media.”

That’s a complete lie. Ever hear of Fox News? Or maybe you agree with a lot of people that Fox isn’t really a legitimate news organization, just a Conservative propaganda machine.

      • David

Have you ever heard of ABC,CBS,NBC,CNN, PBS, MSNBC ?
They are all Liberal/Democrat propaganda machines.

        • Jerry Lee

Just because they report about the bad things that Conservatives have done, doesn’t mean that they’re liberal. They’re much more unbiased than Fox.

          • Jean_A

It is more like they spread lies about others knowing they can get away with it.

          • Jerry Lee

That’s not true, if they lied, Fox “News” would be all over it. Duh.

          • Jean_A

            WOW!

          • PaMaDu

not only that, but Fox “news” drums up lies, and takes things out of context, more than ANY other news channel, cable or local, than I have ever seen.

          • PaMaDu

Who gets away it?! There’s a phrase, “the cream always comes to the top…” ROMNEY is a perfect example of that, so is Palin…

  • Guest

Bristol your Mom has been attacked and vilified by the media like no other; there has not been one aspect of your Mom’s life and career that has not been chewed over, criticized and lied about by the media but despite a massive effort to destroy her she is still standing strong.

    • Jerry Lee

      Not unlike Hillary Clinton.

  • Heather Gilbert

So true. I’ve lived it and have been saying this for years. Except it’s not “bossy” women get called, it’s another “B” word.

  • David

    Bristol, I like the video.
And your Mom is a good example for other women to follow.

  • Michael Cummings

God bless you and the family.
I will do this the quick way cause I’m rude that way.

    Bristol, I like the video.
And your Mom is a good example for other people to follow.

  • carl

how has she lead the way? first she lost then she quit…what a winner…..not

    • PaMaDu

Every time I read this, I giggle :-)

  • PaMaDu

she also proved that she wasn’t qualified to even HAVE that position, let alone be a nomination. It was everyone else’s fault… smh….

    • Jean_A

Sarah Palin would have been a great VP.

      • Jerry Lee

Then why wasn’t she nominated again in 2012?

        • PaMaDu

Because she was SO good, she didn’t want to be intimidating… ;-)

      • PaMaDu

        LMAO, ok….

  • PaMaDu

I made it into her comments again?! Wow, she’s still thinking of me!! ;-)

    • Jerry Lee

      You have an admirer, PaMaDu!

      • PaMaDu

I think so! ;-) You too, it seems, LOL…

  • Jean_A

Everything was done to get the fraud in the WH.

    • Jerry Lee

Jean, what does that have to do with Bristol’s post??? Nevermind, you don’t even know yourself…

  • Monroe Smith II

The reason you think I’m not sincere is because of who you are and how you see others. I hope for peace among all people even if I strongly disagee with them. I also believe if you want a socialist state, or a communistic one you can move to Europe, Asia, there are many countries throughout out the world you can move to, just don’t desroy mine. JL, you said, “Just because they report about the bad things that Conservatives have done, doesn’t mean that they’re liberal. They’re much more unbiased than Fox.” How has the other networks including some pundits at Fox covered Obama’s “you can keep your plan period” lie? “he should have clarified”, “he wasn’t very clear”, “he didn’t know”. Lies and cover up by the media to supress the lies that Obama told the American people so he could get elected and then re-elected. Let’s talk about Benghazi. Four dead Americans including the Ambassador to Lybia and the only people interested in this coverup are Fox and a few congressman. Hillary even goes in front of Congress and says,” what does this have to do with anything?” Who covered that particular remark? How was the Tea Party covered versus occupy wallstreet? What’s sad is you’re so biased and close minded you can’t see it, but that’s okay there is still help for you. Bnmy, you said, ” Leading the way? Sarah Palin didn’t lead the way. She had a great opportunity to lead the way for women and she sold it for easy celebrity and money. Too much hard work, responsibility and service required for the other path.” Gov Palin shortly after the 2008 RNC was destroyed by the media for no other reason than what? I still don’t know either. Millions of dollars and who knows how many man hours were wasted on false ethic charges against her. Was she wrong to resign most definitely she should have continued to fight ethics charges costing her and the state more money and wasted time. This of course led to Alaska adopting new rules that would give wrongly accused persons refunds on legal fees. And what does someone do after resigning from a state executive office? What anyone else would do if they receive offers to make speeches etc the person takes them. Then that person might feel a sense of purpose in what he or she is doing and then decide to organize and continue on that path. If she is no longer politically relevant why do you even bother spewing so much hate and discontent in her direction? Why do you waste your time? Lastly when it comes to women’s rights, women’s organizations can defend who ever they want; however, if they claim to be for all women shouldn’t they speak out against people like Martin Brashir who suggested treating Palin like a slave, shouldn’t they speak out against any and all oppression by men against women. When they don’t support all women it takes away from their message, purposes, and credibility.

  • Jerry Lee

Tara said: “Oh and she did not succeed at getting elected because there were not enough votes for whatever reason and that’s how it goes and that’s fine. There is always the next election and another chance for us both to air our grievances.”

One reason John McCain didn’t get enough votes was because of Sarah Palin. The next election in 2012 came and went and Sarah didn’t run, and wasn’t nominated by her party.

  • Jerry Lee

…and she didn’t run and wasn’t nominated because she had no chance of winning.

  • Jean_A

John McCain didn’t get enough votes because of John McCain.

  • Jerry Lee

Palin drug him down and you know it. I have Republic friends who wouldn’t vote for him because they were afraid that if he died in office, she’d be President. She blew it with her interview with Katie Couric, it was a disaster! Oh, and don’t call it liberal media bias, she couldn’t give credible answers to many of Couric’s questions!

  • PaMaDu

Actually, Jean, I disagree. Palin and all her glorious stupidity hurt him… Basically killed him during that time.

  • Jean_A

You are wrong! I was a dem and voted for McCain only because of Palin. Keep telling yourself it was the Couric interview. The only thing that saved your lying con-artist was the collapse of the markets.

  • Jerry Lee

You certainly made a bad decision, didn’t you, Jean? The Couric interview was one of many gaffs. Please stop name calling.

  • Jerry Lee

You’re absolutely right, PaMaDu. That’s why she wasn’t nominated in 2012, and will never be nominated again. Unfortunately for herself, her stupid remarks continue, but her fans and Fox “News” love it.

  • Jean_A

The collapse of the market saved Obama.

  • Jean_A

The collapse of the market saved your dear leader and that is pretty bad since the economy was already bad.

  • Jerry Lee

Saving millions of jobs at GM and Chrysler and their suppliers didn’t hurt. The Republicans and Romney were against helping GM, remember, Jean? Getting us out of Iraq helped too. So did killing Osama bin Laden.

  • Jean_A

Are we talking about 2008 or 2012? I thought I just read that the US lost 10 billion on the GM bailout. I guess Obama’s corrupt MSM isn’t reporting the story. Soldiers are still getting killed in Iraq. More soldiers have been killed under this President than Bush.

  • PaMaDu

Bush even said he couldn’t be bothered with bin Laden…

  • Jerry Lee

Jean, it’s funny you should mention Bush, he’s the LIAR who put us there. Remember, Jean? You really shouldn’t pay attention to Fox “News”, they don’t give the full story. here’s an abcnews piece that gives the full story. Please take note that the title clearly states “GM Bailout Costs Taxpayers $10.5 Billion”, but then you have to read a little further for the good news.

“Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew says that without the bailout, the US would have lost more than a million jobs, and the economy could have slipped from recession into a depression. Research by the Michigan-based Center for Automotive Research says the bailout saved 1.2 million jobs.”
    http://tinyurl.com/m3bplek

That’s 1.2 million people still working, still buying things, still helping the economy. That’s called “Long Term Thinking”, Jean. You need a vision to do that, and Obama had it. Your Tea Bag Partiers don’t, and never will.

  • PaMaDu

It was the Couric interview, the Gibson interview, basically anyone and everyone she interviewed with except those on Faux (fox) News… THOSE people loved her, although now, they didn’t renew her contract… Hmmmm….

  • Jean_A

It was the collapse of the market. Deal with it!

  • Jean_A

And Obama is the liar that said he would get us out but instead he has started wars all over the mid-east.

  • PaMaDu

    LMAO….so demanding, LOL

  • Jerry Lee

It’s late, Jean, go to bed. You’re done here.

  • Jerry Lee

Changing the subject again, are we Jean? A definite sign that you’ve lost.

  • PaMaDu

LMAO, WTF? “all over the mid-east?” My god, someone REALLY dipped into the “FAUX NEWS” koolaid…WOW

  • Jean_A

You are the one that mention GM and Iraq.

  • PaMaDu

I’m still trying to figure out what “wars all over the mid east” President Obama started…. LOL

  • Jerry Lee

Jean, I was just showing you how wrong you were…again. It’s getting to be a habit with me!

  • Jean_A

Wrong! Obama is Bush the third. Hopefully there won’t be a Bush the fourth in our future.

The only difference between Obama and Bush is that the corrupt MSM tanked Bush. Obamacare is tanking Obama’s approval numbers. The American people are feeling the pain of Obamacare and the corrupt MSM can’t spin that for dear leader.

  • PaMaDu

I get $10 a month, because my ex is a freaking lazy ass son of bitch deadbeat… My daughter is 20 now, so the ex played his game, and that’s cool, I wouldn’t want his karma. He didn’t want to pay his child support because he didn’t want to, plain and simple. his reasons for not paying as he was legally obligated to do were HIS reasons and choices and had nothing to do with the economy under Obama, Obama wasn’t even President or campaigning to become the President when my ex started his shit, man your ignorance is AMAZING….you think you know so much, but at the end of the day, you don’t know SHIT.

  • PaMaDu

isn’t Jeb-boy thinking of running? GOD HELP US….smh…

  • Jerry Lee

Don’t hold your breath waiting for an answer, PaMaDu, Jean’s all over the place. She doesn’t have time to clarify her remarks LOL.

  • PaMaDu

let me add, my ex asked the Child support attorney if he could just serve time in jail as child support paid, LMAO…freaking dumbass, attorney said, “no, it doesn’t work that way.”

  • PaMaDu

LOL, you’re right, we have to “wait until January 2014″ to know more, I guess, LOL

  • Jerry Lee

There’s very little to agree with coming from the Conservative side these days. If they had better ideas, I’d vote for them, but they don’t. Anyone who runs for a major Republican office has to sell their soul to the extremists, nut jobs, and hard line Christians who run the party these days.

  • PaMaDu

I really like Jerry too, and quite frankly my dear, IRDGAF how you feel about me, or whether you respect me or not. You are angry hateful words on a blog to me, that’s it…:-)

  • PaMaDu

Agreed! I’ve crossed party lines before, but lately, the selling of their souls is so blatant and obvious, it’s like watching a train wreck, but not wanting to…

  • PaMaDu

Cool, wonderful, awesome, we agree on something!
