Fiorina was pretty excited about her meeting with Trump and couldn’t help but heap praise on this former “disaster for the nation.” I guess having the title Intelligence Director sounds so good to Fiorina, she’s willing to take back a year full of insults to further her political career. Hey, at least she was wrong about Trump cozying up with the millionaire elites, right? (Is there a font for sarcasm?!)

Here’s exactly what she said when she emerged from the Trump Tower elevators:

“We had a really productive meeting. It was such an honor to meet with the president-elect. First, I have to say he has really cool stuff in his office. All of these athletes have given him all this incredible memorabilia. I was particularly taken by Shaq O’Neal’s shoe, which is huge.

“I guess it takes a champion to know a champion.”
