In light of the tragic string of youth that have committed suicide as a result of being bullied for their actual or perceived sexual orientation, a great resource that I would like to point out is The Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention among LGBTQ youth. The free and confidential helpline can be reached around-the-clock at 866 4-U-TREVOR (866-488-7386).
