July 31: My One Sentence Bible

What is My One Sentence Bible?

Summary of the work of a Christian life: Revere the Lord, work to establish God’s kingdom in the here and now, trust in God’s provisions for you, forgive as you have been forgiven, and always turn to the Lord for protection. Luke 11:2-4

There are times when persistence in and of itself is showing faithfulness. Luke 11:5-8

Doesn’t matter who you are, what you’ve done or what other “Christians” say about you, the Lord will never, ever turn anyone away who seeks him. Luke 11:9-10

Much love.
