About four months before my daughter was born, 6 and half years ago, I had dream. At the time, we were unsure if we were having a boy or girl.  We wanted it to be a surprise.  I felt it was girl, most felt like it was boy, but on this night,  I drifted off with many different worries about being Dad. Probably the same worries most men have about fatherhood.  Will I be good? Will I be present? What... Read more

Most of you know I am traveling and speaking a lot. My work is geared in helping people live in the heart, but as many of you know, some experiences we have, can be challenging. The challenge is how can I drop out of my mind and be present with this?  Through my own crisis, and turmoil, I developed a tool to help drop out of my mind and into my heart. I made a little 9 minute video to... Read more

For a couple of months I have been facilitating a easy method for people to enter into their hearts and live from there.  I call the method “The HI Method”.  Someone asked me, why do you call it “HI”.  I said, “Well we have been away from our hearts for so long, that when your away for a long time, the proper response is “HI”.”  In this case the “HI” means “heart Inspiration”.  Our spiritual expression, or spirit light resides... Read more

As I move into my work today, the holy days have passed, and collectively we move into 2014.  One thing that struck this heart was our collective loss of duality. It is like any death, it is a major loss. We have made up so much on this planet from a sense of ego that the loss is really starting to effect people.  The ego has convinced us to identify with it in work, money, business, love, relationships, stocks, health,... Read more

Shakespeare said, “If music be the food of life play on!”  I love all kinds of music because it  allows me and my daughter to dance around our place and laugh. Dancing and music and expression go hand in hand. When I freely express myself, I am filled with so much gratitude and love. I am thankful for the opportunity to share my heart, I am thankful for my daughter, parents, thankful for my divorce, thankful for the work I... Read more

As we drop into our hearts, we realize that there is a “endless road to be rediscovered”, I put that into quotes because it is a lyric from a song by Avicii called “Hey Brother” and the beat makes me want to dance all day, I am just saying. Anyway back to the heart.  In Christian belief, we are taught by our master mystic Jesus that the path starts with G-d and ends there as well. Most every time he... Read more

The world is always wanting our attention, and most of our lives we give it. Until we realize that we are tired, stressed, filled with pain, and we can no longer look out to solve our lives or even keep up with  what we are being sold, we must go inward.  The world is offering us a quick fix, with pitches of new cars, clothes, homes, travel, and everyone making the pitch is so  happy. And so as you watch... Read more

Happy New You In 2014!! I celebrate your life, your abundance, your health, your heart, your laughter, your joy, and your play! Shakespeare said, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts.” How wonderful is the mystic Shakespeare. Your heart is experiencing the experience of life as it is happening right now.  The mind is the scribe.  The mind... Read more

Some where along the way, collectively we left our hearts, we shut the door, and the ego took over.  Now let me acknowledge here that the ego is not bad or good, in fact the ego is a wonderful protector. That is its function of ego when working as the servant to the heart.  So when the ego left the heart, it felt tremendous loss, and thought it was alone.  So it began to do what it was developed to... Read more

I recently read that the San Francisco 49er’s will be playing the last game in Candlestick park. I grew up in Northern California and when I was a kid, Candlestick is where we went to watch the Giants and 49er’s both play. I had two wonderful opportunities to bat boy for the SF Giant’s at Candlestick. in my first opportunity I met my childhood hero Will Clark who played first base for the Giants and happened to be a rookie. ... Read more
